Bizpro Desk provides a comprehensive business management platform including business management, inventory tracking, sales processing, expense management, financial reporting, and related business tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Bizpro Desk offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You agree to use Bizpro Desk only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all data you input, store, or transmit through the Service. You must not attempt to breach security, reverse engineer the software, or use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or illegal content. You agree to maintain appropriate security measures for your account and devices.
All content, features, and functionality of Bizpro Desk, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Iraady Ltd and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
While we maintain regular backups of our systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption. We recommend that you regularly export and backup critical business data. You acknowledge that data synchronization across devices may experience delays or temporary inconsistencies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iraady Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of Bizpro Desk shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Bizpro Desk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. You use the Service at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid billing period.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iraady Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are accessing the Service from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
